Iowa Conference Registration Through September 24th!
The Heartland Acres Agribition Center in Independence, Iowa will host the 2009 Country School Preservation Conference October 2nd and 3rd, while celebrating 10 years of this state-wide annual event. There is still time to register for a day of presentations, a tour of Summit School, a visit to Wapsipinicon Mill and Little Red Schoolhouse Antique Shop. Day two includes a tour of a private Amish school, a country school museum in Fredericksburg, topped off by lunch at the Farm House Bed and Breakfast/Winery next to the school.
